Women’s T20 CT teams have been announced.
The teams for the next Senior Women’s T20 Challenger Trophy, which will be hosted at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur, were chosen by the All-India Women’s Selection Committee on Thursday. The following are the teams for the High ranking Women’s Challenger T20 Trophy: India A: S Anusha, Muskan Malik, Amanjot Kaur, Meghna Singh, Anjali Sarwani, Sahana Pawar, Disha Kasat, Shriyanka Patil, Saika Ishaque, Nuzhat Parween ©, Harleen Deol (VC), and Poonam Yadav ©.
India B: Taniyaa Sapna Bhatia (WK), Laxmi Yadav (WK), Deepti Sharma ©, Shafali Verma (VC), Dhara Gujjar, Yuvashree, S.S. Kalal, Monica Patel, Arundhati Reddy, Nishu Chaudhary, Devika Vaidya, S.L. Meena, Simran Dil Bahadur. Shikha Pandey, SB Pokharkar, Renuka Singh, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Ashwini Kumari, D. Hemalatha, Kanika Ahuja, Jasia Akhter, Yastika Bhatia, Priyanka Priyadarshini, Aparna Mondal (WK), and Sushma Verma are among the players for India D. (WK). The Senior Women’s Challenger Trophy is a national women’s cricket competition run by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). It has been a fifty-over competition since its first season in 2008-09. India A, India B, and India Senior competed for the trophy in the inaugural season, which was ultimately won by India B.
The teams’ names were then changed to India Green, India Red, and India Blue for the following seasons. The most victorious team, India Blue, has won five championships. India A, B, C, and D were the four teams that competed in the competition in 2021–2022. The reigning champion is India A.
