Uttarakhand polls: Cong leader Harish Rawat files nomination from Lalkuwa Assembly Constituency
Congress leader Harish Rawat on Friday filed his nomination from Lalkuwa Assembly body for the Uttarakhand Assembly elections.
The Congress on weekday free its third list of candidates within which the party has modified the seat of Harish Singh Rawat and 4 different leaders.
Mahender Pal Singh has been fielded from Ramnagar.
The last date of filing the nomination is Jan twenty eight.
The amendment has been done when the crisis among the party thanks to infighting among the leaders, mutually of the operating presidents of Uttarakhand Congress Ranjeet Rawat was uncomfortable with the movement of Harish Rawat from Ramnagar Assembly body.
Notably, Congress has given the price ticket to the female offspring of Harish Rawat, Anupama Rawat from Hardwar Rural body defying its own policy of ‘one seat, one family’.
Uttarakhand is slated to travel to Assembly polls on Saint Valentine’s Day and also the tally of the votes can present itself on March ten. (ANI)
